The landlord is entitled to charge cancellation fees for individual orders (reservations) for the number starting from one person under the following conditions:
1. Reservations confirmed in written format or by an e-mail can be canceled without cancellation fee 14 days before the first day of stay.
2. Cancellation of reservation confirmed in written format or by an e-mail: 13 - 5 days before the first day of stay a cancellation fee of 40% of the reservation price is charged or 4 days before the first day of stay a cancellation fee of 100% of the price is charged on the day of arrival reservation.
